Dance Party at Zrinjevac is an event that revives the spirit of Zagreb’s dance nights from the 1950s to the 1970s. It takes place at the Music Pavilion, a renowned venue for promenade concerts since 1891. Visitors can dance to the rhythms of swing, rock’n’roll, charleston, salsa, and tango.
This year event runs from July 26 to August 24, every Friday and Saturday. During these 10 summer evenings, both Zagreb residents and city visitors have the opportunity to enjoy dancing, live concerts, and learn new dance steps at workshops led by the Dance Center Zagreb by Nicolas.
Why isn’t this my cup of tea? Well, I would rather keep my dance moves and singing talent for my shower than share them with the world. It’s better that way, trust me.
