The first post was a bit too long and served as an introduction to this new direction I’m going, but I haven’t talked about a couple of important things. One of those topics I didn’t talk about is: What kind of content do I plan on publishing here?
First of all, I have too many projects and businesses on my hands, so every new “genius” idea I have vanishes into thin air very quickly. I get carried away with enthusiasm and the “brilliance” of ideas, starting before I even do the necessary research. What I want to say is: I really want this to succeed, and I plan to lower my expectations (at least for the first few months) so I can maintain continuity.
For the last six years, I’ve been taking photos non-stop, and during those years I’ve gathered a nice archive of good and bad photos. I want to share the good ones (not the bad ones; I’ll ignore those).
There are three main types of content I want to share: First are Blogs – something like this, where I rant about something and share a photo or two. The next is MVP – Most Valuable Photos. MVP is a category where I share some of my favorite photos and maybe the stories of how I managed to get them and why I think they are MVPs. The third category is called Gallery – posts where I share a couple of photos within a gallery and explain why I think those photos, as a collection, are cool.
In the next two posts, I’ll share one MVP and one Gallery post so you can see what I mean.
